In the heart of Munich’s old town, history and contemporary design merge in impressive harmony. This office has been designed from the ground up to enable collaborative work. Upon entering, the handcrafted front desk in a rich moss green immediately catches the eye, with its graphic detailing along the top and bottom edges adding a refined touch. The table lamp (Favius) in delicate powder pink provides subtle lighting accents, while the striking waiting area, featuring white bouclé-upholstered armchairs (Tacchini) and a round rug (CC-Tapis), creates an inviting atmosphere.

The minimalist color palette in shades of blue, green, and cream is accentuated by subtle color highlights in the rug, while the textured surfaces add a tactile appeal to the office. This space offers a contemporary setting for diverse gatherings and modern collaboration, while simultaneously preserving the history and charm of the old town.

The office features versatile meeting rooms, ranging from intimate nooks to a spacious conference room. At its center stands a large meeting table (Banach), surrounded by 16 comfortable chairs (Fredericia). Elegant frosted glass globe lights (Audo CPH) float above, providing subtle illumination and fostering an inspiring work atmosphere. The highlight is the wall tapestry (CC-Tapis), reminiscent of a moss-covered forest, which accentuates the natural beauty of the wooden floor and the understated color palette throughout the office. A place where functionality and aesthetics are perfectly united.

Adjacent to the large conference room lies an intimate office library. The walls are painted in a deep, smoky green, casting the custom-made terracotta-red bookshelves in a warm glow and emphasizing their presence. A gray-green wood paneling runs along the lower half of the walls, creating a cozy atmosphere. Two generous wingback chairs (&tradition), a low-hanging gray ceiling light (&tradition), and a graphic-patterned rug complete the library design, shaping an inviting space equally suited for relaxation and focus.

In one of the smaller meeting rooms, an elegant atmosphere awaits. A solid black wooden table forms the centerpiece, surrounded by four stylish velvet chairs in a warm red hue (Gubi). The glass door, adorned with floor-length patterned curtains (Dedar), creates a sense of intimacy and adds to the cozy ambiance. A boldly patterned, asymmetrical rug (CC-Tapis) enhances the inviting mood, while a floor lamp (&tradition) provides soft, indirect lighting. The walls are painted a crisp white, with window frames in rich shades of green.

The custom-made office kitchen impresses with its matte fir-green surfaces and a white central island, cleverly integrated with a snack étagère. The exceptional kitchen layout creates a communicative hub within the office, accessible from both sides for spontaneous encounters and enjoyable breaks. The adjoining lunch area exudes an inviting atmosphere, highlighted by ceiling lights (Valerie Object). The combination of forest-green walls and a deep black solid-wood dining table (brand) lends the space timeless charm. A subtly fascinating design detail: a large rectangular white wall recess, artfully framed with fine black moldings, further enriches the aesthetic experience.

In the multi-person offices, comfortable work islands await, which can be separated by fabric partitions – flexibility included. Every corner is thoughtfully designed: a sideboard in a warm reddish-brown (Carl Hansen) ensures order, while an elegant black arc lamp (Valerie Objects) creates atmospheric lighting. Adding a stylish, nature-inspired touch, large plant pots on pedestals (Studio Ciao) bring life into the space.
In this inspiring office, history and modernity merge into an inviting, productive, and above all communicative working environment that unites maximum functionality with visual beauty. A true gem in the heart of Munich’s old town.
