A. Cancellation Policy
Introduction
Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his or her trade, business or profession:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Thatenhorst Interior GmbH, Franz-Joseph-Straße 14, 80801 Munich, Germany, Tel.: +49 89 28807538, E-Mail: showroom@stephanie-thatenhorst.com) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal from this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the withdrawal from this contract.
Returns must be addressed exclusively to the following address:

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
We will bear the costs of returning such goods that can normally be returned by post. You shall bear the direct costs of returning such goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post (freight forwarding goods), which are estimated at a maximum of approx. €90.00 per item.
You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods which was not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
General Notes
Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Please return the goods in the original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure suitable packaging provides adequate protection against transport damage.
Please do not return goods to us freight collect.
Please note that the above points 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
