A light body made of glass and silence
The Quincy table lamp by Porta Romana is a sculptural composition of volume, light, and material. The slender amber glass body appears frozen in liquid—shimmering, deep, almost organic. A bronze-colored frame creates a subtle contrast to the warm transparency of the body and frames the object with technical precision. The cylindrical shade made of natural linen , lined in cream, translates the light into a soft surface. The brown, twisted textile cable with a toggle switch completes the ensemble as a design detail. Quincy stands quietly in the room—and makes an impact. Between elegance and restraint, mass and translucency. Handmade in Great Britain.
