This vase from the Arlecchino series was originally designed in 1961 and reissued in 2008 in a limited edition of 149 pieces. Crafted from red fireproof clay and hand-formed on a potter's wheel, it features a distinctive diamond pattern in brown, orange, and white on a taupe, semi-smooth ground. The distinctive diamond pattern in brown, orange, and white contrasts strikingly with the semi-smooth, taupe base glaze. A vibrant play of colors with graphic precision.
