As part of the COMUNIDAD CDMX collaboration, Acapulco Design is launching a new product – the brand's first Swinging Chair. As a further development of the legendary Acapulco Chairs, the brand is presenting an inviting hanging chair that is an eye-catcher both indoors and outdoors. The product portfolio is also being expanded with seat cushions, which are a hybrid of a cushion and a padded blanket and are suitable for both the existing products and the new Swinging Chair.

The Swinging Chair is handcrafted in Mexico using sustainable production methods, with particular emphasis on fair working conditions and fair pay.

The international interior brand ACAPULCO DESIGN is collaborating with interior designer STEPHANIE THATENHORST for the first time.
The resulting capsule collection, entitled "COMUNIDAD CDMX", tells the story of a summer design affair between two creative minds, which takes them through the multifaceted metropolis of Mexico City - right into the heart of a vibrant, urban community and Mexican craftsmanship. This creative collaboration reflects a holistic vision: to set accents while simultaneously conveying a touch of luxury and exclusivity. Each piece in the collection speaks not only of craftsmanship but also of a design that, in its lightness and elegance, is both timeless and progressive.
