Assistance Sales & Showroom (m/w/d)

Munich | Start immediately
Our style is shaped by two worlds: eclectic, bold and highly individual, yet at the same time calm and understated. Our guiding principle? Trusting intuition and using color deliberately as a statement. At Stephanie Thatenhorst, this means thinking boldly, seeking new perspectives, and continuously pushing beyond boundaries.
This philosophy gave rise to our showroom in the heart of Munich: a curated space that sparks the joy of discovery and presents an inspiring selection of international brands and hidden gems.
Your Responsibilities
As Sales and Showroom Assistant, you will play a central role in day-to-day operations. You will work closely with management and the sales team, actively shaping the atmosphere and customer experience:

- Administrative back-office tasks such as preparing quotes and invoices, maintaining customer data and scheduling
- Providing knowledgeable, style-confident consultations for customers on interior products and design ideas in the showroom
- Creating booklets for small and medium-sized projects (e.g. furnishing concepts)
- Shared responsibility for delivering an excellent customer experience: service-oriented, personal and reliable
- Maintaining, organizing and aesthetically staging showroom and display pieces
- Operational involvement in exclusive showroom events: from preparation through execution to follow-up
Working hours: Tue–Fri 10am–6pm, Sat 9:30am–5:00pm
