Advanced / Senior Interior Designer (f/m/d)

Do you recognize yourself? Then we look forward to receiving your application as an Advanced / Senior Interior Designer (f/m/d). In this position, you will contribute to interior design projects and gain exciting insights.

Your Tasks

– Drafting as-built plans as a basis for design concepts
– Designing holistic interior concepts
– Developing material, color, and lighting concepts and plans
– Creating sketches & plans, design and execution planning in CAD, in 2D/3D
– Preparing concept presentations for client meetings
– Obtaining quotes and material samples
– Determining and calculating required building materials
– Independent project management, preparing cost overviews and timelines
– Preparing execution plans in compliance with applicable standards and regulations
– Preparing schedules and construction timelines
– Independent communication and coordination with contractors during execution planning, as well as with planning teams, interior fitters, and manufacturers
– Instructing logistics companies and independently accepting completed work
– Independent construction process monitoring and quality control

Your Profile

– Completed degree in architecture or interior architecture (at least five years of professional experience)
– Business acumen
– Solid knowledge of CAD programs and other relevant software (Archicad, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Keynote, Word, and Excel)
– Excellent skills in creating sketches, both analog and digital
– Excellent knowledge in materials, technology, and structural systems
– High standards of design quality
– Team spirit
– Strong communication skills & flexibility
– Motivation and initiative
– Fluent in German, spoken and written
– Class B driver’s license
